Today as the girl at the testing center handed me my second final exam for the day, she asked me if I have served a mission because I have "such a sweet demeanor." Ha! She wouldn't have said that if she had seen me after my first final exam of the day, because it didn't go too well and I was saying cuss words in my head. (For real!) (I usually don't do that, but it was a special circumstance.)
But I do these things to myself, you know. Even though I studied like mad, I had of course procrastinated the day of my repentance with a huge final paper that was due last night. As a result, I only got about four hours of sleep, which I could get by with on a normal day, but not on the day that I need to take three exams and fly to New York! Someday I will act like a rational adult, and I hope that day comes soon.
But! One good thing did happen today. I found this little guy by the Tanner building.
Can you spot him? Here's a closer look.
I think that deer think they are pretty funny when they come down and get all up in the wrong places. He's just like hey guys, I'm down here crossing roads and hanging out on your tiny hillsides. I'm pretty cool.
I'm off to take one more exam and then to the aeropuerto! Thank heavens!
haha.
