First: nun-chuck skills. Just kidding, lame joke.
1. Fast shower skills. Showering is such a chore. I want to get in and out ASAP. I'm not like Jack, who, if he could find a way to run his life from inside the shower, would probably never get out. But no matter how fast I try to be, I'm always in there for at least ten minutes. Seriously, in high school I was a master. 60 seconds maximum. These days, I can't even seem to get the shampoo rinsed out until five minutes in! Maybe it's something about a member of your bishopric waiting outside your house to take you to seminary that can get a girl out of the house in five minutes flat. I'm missing that kind of motivation.
2. Cello. I've started cello lessons at BYU this semester. You'd think that after ten years of playing, you'd be able to scrimp up a few slightly respectable measures of music to prove to your teacher that yes indeed, you are cellist. But I guess after three years of hardly touching the instrument you can forget a lot! Maybe at the end of this semester I'll be back to where I was when I graduated. To all high-school cellists out there (Madsy): just do what your mom says and practice! I wish I had.
And now, for anyone who hasn't seen this photo yet, please enjoy.
it's okay about the shower because when you have a babe you'll hop in and out like your life depends on it so you can get ready and do a little scrap of something before he wakes up.
