Oh yeah and we moved

So I realized on my way home from work today that I've been so busy blogging about my poor little lonely life that I forgot to document our move to Provo. We moved to Provo! It is a wonderful thing. If I take my bike, I can get from my couch to my classroom in eight minutes.

I would take some pictures of the actual apartment, but it's a little Grey Gardens up in here right now. (That's my second GG reference in one day, but I mean it, I'm on the verge here people.) (GG can also mean Gilmore Girls...my other favorite mother and daughter). Since Jack left, I have had no motivation to eat, sleep, or clean. I don't know why I am such a baby, but these are the facts.

Here are some pictures of the view from the apartment - the view I love the most right now is my front door looking out

So pretty.

My plants when they were babies. The tomato plant doesn't look promising anymore but the flowers look awesome!

The things I love about this apartment:

The tile in the shower looks exactly like caramel corn jelly bellies.

We have a pool!

We also have a grill! Only one tiny grill for the whole complex, but so far I haven't had any grill fights with anyone. (There's about to be a what...)

Fully furnished for four single students - which means that we have two extra twin beds in the second bedroom! I'm accepting visitors! If you are a girl and if I've ever met you anytime or anywhere, you can stay here. I hate being the only one home!

But the best thing about living here is the location. Walking or biking distance from campus, DI, and Costa Vida, and pretty dang close to Alli and Danny and SAM.

I wish I wasn't in such a silly mood as I wrote this, but it's too late now.

  2. "The two women lived together at Grey Gardens for decades with limited funds, resulting in squalor and almost total isolation."

    Oh. Haha!
