Grape Juice Lessons

I love Nick and Miriam's kids for many reasons, one of them being that their default setting is WORK. Nary a screen to be found around these parts! If they're lounging on the couch it's only because they're reading a novel. Otherwise they're up and about, doing something productive. This week I learned a lot from them about how to can grape juice. Jack and Katie are the masters. They pick grapes and tend the steam juicer for hours on end.  They've made almost fifty jars in the last two days.
