Molly at 6 months

Molly's funny little personality has been cracking us up. She loves to laugh and will force out a giggle at anything even slightly funny. Such as: the cat walking by, Jack doing or saying anything, or if she catches a glimpse of a fabric with a crazy pattern. Yesterday we went to Target and every time I stood up straight next to the cart after crouching down to look at something on a low shelf, she would absolutely lose her mind. She was totally sure it was a great game of peekaboo. She would laugh until she would start to cough and get red in the face. Both the laughs and the coughs were half-forced.

Her favorite activity is holding things. She's pretty sure that she's the World's Best Holder of Things. Her favorite things to hold are important papers, my hair, and clean diapers that I'm trying to put on her.

She isn't into solid foods at all. It's like she doesn't even know there is food to be eaten. She just wants to play with the spoon and the food is getting in her way. I suppose we'll keep trying, although I prefer to just nurse her anyway!
